What you'll do
- Execute back-to-back trading of bunkers and marine fuels (Fuel Oil, Gas Oil, Alternative Fuels) to ship owners, operators, and traders globally.
- Manage bunker enquiries within the Asian and global markets, providing transparent pricing and services.
- Establish and leverage relationships with end-users and suppliers to facilitate back-to-back bunker trading across tanker, dry, bulk, and commercial sectors.
- Promote the company’s physical locations and services.
- Collaborate with the Head of Trading to implement new strategies and develop markets within China and the APAC region.
- Stay informed on market news, insights, and analysis related to global ports and pricing.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in back-to-back bunker/marine fuel sales and trading within the APAC region.
- Proven track record with a solid understanding of bunkering policies across various APAC ports.
- Proficiency in hedging and pricing tools for effective trading.
- Fluency in English
- Established network of shipowner, bunker, and marine fuel contacts.
- Ability to report directly to the Head of Trading (Asia) in the Hong Kong office.
- Willingness to travel to China and work remotely from Hong Kong.
