Business Acquisition Manager, Google Customer Solutions, SEA/AUNZ (Thai, Bahasa, Tagalog)

In this role, you will be part of a high-performing business team dedicated to helping advertisers achieve their business goals. Your knowledge of Southeast Asia (SEA) or Australia New Zealand (AUNZ) as a market as well as Google product solutions, combined with your communication skills and investigative abilities shapes how businesses can grow. You will influence and build relations and provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of potential clients and understand how Google's range of ads solutions can grow their business.

You set the goal and advise on marketing strategies which will help Google achieve goals and serve as an expert and advocate for advertisers within Google. You will build and manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to maximize the long-term success of these new customers.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, manage and forecast new business pipelines and opportunities.
• Create compelling presentations and develop strategic solutions to meet customer needs.
• Conduct research and analysis, to develop strategies to address market potential and opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service and partnership to customers and partners.
• Partner with Google’s client on-boarding team to effectively service clients.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 2 years of experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
• Ability to communicate in Southeast Asian languages: Thai, Bahasa and Tagalog fluently to engage with clients based in Southeast Asia.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in business, media, or advertising.
• Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement,
• Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
• Experience with any Southeast Asia/Australia New Zealand's business environment and cultural context.
• Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.
