The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring effective collaboration, requirement clarity, and delivery excellence while fostering an Agile mindset. Key Responsibilities Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications. Collaborate closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables. Support Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization. Drive clarity in processes and documentation to facilitate smooth implementation. Ensure alignment with DevOps principles for continuous integration and deployment. Who We’re Looking For Experience Minimum 8+ years as a Business Analyst with proven expertise. Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile Scrum principles. Excellent ability to collaborate with both IT and business teams to achieve results. Familiarity with DevOps ways of working. Experience in the Banking Domain is highly preferred.
