What you'll do
- Interview business users, create use cases & scenarios.
- Analyze present-state processes, business processes and create test plans.
- Create Business Requirements Document (BRD), Functional Specifications Document (FSD), Nonfunctional Requirements Document and Use Cases Specifications.
- Perform process modeling using UML (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, etc.)
- Write SQL queries and report the results to the business team.
- Manage Requirement Traceability Matrix mapping.
- Conduct JAD sessions, Business and Systems reviews and working sessions to understand the requirements and system design.
- Coordinate database modeling and analyze data needs.

- 3-5 years working in Insurance and Claims management web sites business analysis
- Experience in a .NET/ JAVA Web environment with a good understanding of these technologies and platforms.

Knowledge of the applicable insurance domain (Products and Rating for P&C)
