What you'll do
- Drive new client acquisition, owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing the deal
- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through strategic outreach.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and shape tailored BPO solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations) to create tailored solutions for potential clients
- Share insights from the market to help shape positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and establish connections
What they're looking for
- 5 years+ of experience in new business sales, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or related services e.g. professional services or consulting.
- A consistent track record of winning complex, high-value deals in a consultative sales environment.
- Experience in B2B Enterprise selling
- A self-starter mindset – comfortable working independently, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and activity.
- A strong sense of team collaboration – you know how to bring the right people in at the right time and work cross-functionally to deliver results.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.
- Solid commercial acumen and a structured approach to pipeline management and forecasting.
- Adept at building relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to C-suite executives in functions such as Customer Support, Operations, or HR is an advantage.
