About this role
We are on a mission to expand our Sales team in Amsterdam office and are looking for a Business Development Executive, who has a passion for service sales in the IT world and the ability to deliver exceptional results. A front runner who will lead on winning and developing contracts with new clients and support our existing ones.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth in the competitive marketplace, expanding our client base, creating opportunities for our services, improving profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What you'll do:
- Professionally representing ⋮IWConnect, our expertise, experience, and ability to deliver solutions in front of customers.
- Manage and articulate complex sales cycles to present the value of our full product offer to decision-makers.
- Negotiating contracts, and preparation and submission of sales agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW).
- Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in D365, while creating satisfied customers.
- Develop and manage relationships within enterprise organizations, presenting to C-level executives the value of our services.
- Analyzing information, preparing reports, evaluating sales results, and regular communication with the team.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, increase brand visibility, and identify new business opportunities.
Who are you:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience within IT services and technology solution sales, with a proven record of consistently exceeding targets.
- Experience selling managed services, software, data engineering solutions, CRM/ERP platforms, ETL tools, and Cloud technologies is considered a strong advantage
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle - from engaging business champions to closing deals with C-level executives.
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative is preferred.
- Exceptional presentation abilities paired with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in both start-up and enterprise environments is highly desirable.
- Comfortable operating in a commission-based compensation structure.
- Advanced negotiation skills and a confident approach when handling complex sales motions.
- Willingness to travel when required and maintain a high level of professionalism in client-facing engagements.
