What you'll do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Defence & Aerospace markets.
- Support business development activities for domestic and international customers, government agencies, PSUs, OEMs, and strategic partners.
- Manage and coordinate RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, tenders, and bid-management activities.
- Review tender and procurement documents and coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial submissions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, defence organisations, government stakeholders, and industry partners.

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Assistant Manager – Business Development & EXIM to support business growth, defence and aerospace procurement activities, and international trade compliance.
The role combines business development, bid management, export-import operations, regulatory licensing, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with DGFT licensing, SCOMET and export-control requirements, restricted goods compliance, defence procurement processes, and RFP/RFQ management.
