  • Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to increase service penetration and share of spend.
  • Monitor market activity, competitor movements and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially astute and strategically minded Business Development Manager to join a market-leading provider of capital equipment hire, lifting solutions, heavy transport, and infrastructure services.

This is a high-impact growth role focused on securing major project opportunities across Australia’s infrastructure and civil construction markets. Working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors, project owners, engineering consultancies, and procurement stakeholders, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting large-scale project opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships across the project lifecycle.

Duties
