The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive the commercial growth of Crown Melbourne's restaurants and bars portfolio.

As Restaurants & Bars Business Development Manager, you will lead the end-to-end sales and business development strategy for private dining, events, corporate functions and group bookings across a collection of Crown's most renowned dining venues. Working closely with restaurant leadership, culinary teams and key stakeholders, you will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships and deliver revenue growth across the portfolio.

We are seeking a commercially minded hospitality professional who thrives on building relationships, uncovering opportunities and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
