Business Development Manager - Market Research & Insights

Are you a commercially driven Business Development Manager who genuinely enjoys winning new business?

The business has an established reputation for delivering high-quality fieldwork, recruitment and panel solutions across consumer and healthcare research. With continued investment and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for an experienced BDM to drive new client acquisition across Australia and potentially the wider APAC region.

The Opportunity
You'll join an established Australian sales team and take ownership of developing new business across a broad portfolio of consumer and healthcare research solutions.
Alongside identifying new prospects, you'll have a substantial pool of previous and lapsed clients to re-engage, giving you plenty of opportunity from day one.

You'll be responsible for:

• Identifying and winning new clients across research, insights and healthcare

• Re-engaging lapsed clients and uncovering new opportunities

• Building and managing a strong new-business pipeline

• Developing relationships with research agencies and insights teams

• Managing opportunities from initial outreach through to proposal and close

• Working with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for clients

Who We're Looking For
We're open to strong business developers from:

• Market research / insights

• Research technology / SaaS

• Online panels / fieldwork

• Healthcare

• Data & insights

• FMCG or related B2B sectors

You'll behungry, commercially driven and self-motivated, with a genuine appetite for prospecting, opening doors and building new client relationships.
Experience within research, insights, panels or healthcare would be advantageous, but strong B2B business developers from adjacent industries are also encouraged to apply.
