Manage Dropship Operations: Execute daily, hands-on operations for selected dropship platforms to ensure an exceptional customer experience and consistently meet partner KPIs.
Coordinate Fulfilment: Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to maintain optimal stock levels and seamless delivery performance.
Account Planning & Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, build joint business plans to meet commercial targets, and proactively identify operational risks and opportunities.
2. Process & Operational Optimisation
Enhance Efficiency: Partner closely with Logistics, Operations, Business Partner Service, and IT to streamline local setups, improve operational efficiency, and automate processes where possible.
3. Adapt & Collaborate
Operational Initiatives: Undertake additional tasks, cross-functional projects, or initiatives to support the evolving needs of the UK business.
What You Bring to the Team
