Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.

·       - Plan and execute sales strategies.

·       Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.

Customer Base Expansion

• Identify and onboard new customers and dealers.
• Conduct potential mapping and develop extraction plans.

·       Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.

Market Intelligence

·       Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends.

·       Share insights with internal teams for strategic planning.

·       Suggest changes to sales approach based on competitor analysis.

Key Account Management

·       Work closely with identified key accounts to build brand preference.

·       Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.

·       Customize engagement plans for key accounts.
- Escalate strategic account issues to leadership.

Promotional Activities

·       - Conduct in-house seminars, product presentations, and promotional events at regular intervals.

·       Approve event formats and coordinate with marketing for execution.

Network Expansion

·       Expand dealer network based on territory potential.

·       Ensure proper coverage and service levels across the region.

·       Recommend new dealer locations and support onboarding process.
