Business Strategy & Quality Coordinator

This Role

The Business Strategy & Quality Coordinator supports ATC’s strategic objectives, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides coordination, reporting, analysis, and administrative support to help maintain compliance, drive operational excellence, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Transportation, Technical Services, Control Tower, and Business Services, the coordinator assists with maintaining ATC’s Integrated Management System (IMS), quality certifications, performance reporting, and improvement projects. The role offers exposure to cross-functional strategic initiatives, with occasional travel required to support audits, business projects, and ATC locations.

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Work Pattern: Office-based for the first 6 months, then hybrid upon successful probation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, administration, and continuous improvement of ATC's Integrated Management System (IMS) and associated certifications (ISO 9001, TAPA, FORS, etc.).
• Coordinate document control activities, ensuring policies, procedures, records, and business documentation remain accurate and up to date.
• Assist with internal audits, management reviews, corrective actions (CAPA), and certification audits, including follow-up and closure of actions.
• Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives through project tracking, reporting, and benefits realisation activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, standardise ways of working, and enhance operational efficiency across departments.
• Develop, maintain, and analyse business performance dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and management reports.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement actions, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement activities arising from audits, customer feedback, operational reviews, and business initiatives.
• Support vendor compliance, sustainability reporting, and customer quality requirements through effective coordination and reporting.
• Maintain project, audit, quality, and training records; coordinate meetings, track actions, and support stakeholder communication across the business.

Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in quality, business improvement, project coordination, or operational support roles.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating reports, presentations, dashboards and business documentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting quality management systems or business improvement initiatives.
