  • Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable regulations to maintain a safe work environment for yourself, your team, and customers.
  • Work effectively with other electricians, technicians, installers, and team members to complete projects efficiently and provide an excellent customer experience.

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Certified Electrician! We are seeking an experienced electrical professional who can provide high-quality residential electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services. In this role, you will use your electrical expertise and diagnostic skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and complete work safely and efficiently. This position also requires strong customer service skills and the ability to educate homeowners while providing professional, solution-based recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Installations, Maintenance, and Repairs: Diagnose, troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, equipment, and components. Ensure all work is completed properly and efficiently.

· Customer Interaction and Sales: Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with homeowners regarding their electrical needs. Educate customers on recommended solutions, explain the value of repairs and upgrades, and provide estimates for electrical work when appropriate.

· Electrical Code Compliance: Perform all electrical work in accordance with applicable electrical codes, company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.

Work Environment:

Work in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Reasonable accommodation may be made to perform essential functions.
