What you'll do

  • Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to V5000, IATF16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 standards using QRQC methodology (All functions), On the Job Training (OJT) of peers and Stop Scrap procedures (Related to all manufacturing) where applicable.
  • Comply with Valeo 5000, ISO/IATF 16949 procedures and customer requirements.
  • Comply with the provisions of the international quality system ISO/IATF 16949.
  • Develop and maintain plant wide calibration systems according to applicable standard (QS 9000, American Association of Laboratory Accreditation standards…)
  • Perform measurement and analysis of raw material tests.
  • Calibrate the control and measurement and test equipment of the plant, based on the type of calibration and applicable studies according to the calibration program.
  • Control and keep updated the records of the plant's measurement, calibration and testing equipment.
  • Prepare reports of test results, dimensional evaluations and calibrations carried out.
  • Carry out safety tests and inspections and/or mandatory regulations, as well as report them to all relevant functions.
  • Advise personnel involved in measurement, calibration and testing of the plant.
  • Participate in measurement workshops, interpretation of plans for training of plant personnel.
  • Participate in the solution of non-conformities found inside and outside VSE related to the finished product manufactured on site.
