Your set rota will involve supporting adults with mental health needs to live safely and independently in their own homes or supported living. You will provide person-centred care, emotional support, medication assistance, daily living support, personal care and community access, while maintaining accurate records and promoting recovery, dignity, choice and independence.

A caring, reliable and compassionate approach is essential. QCF Level 2 or equivalent is advantageous. A valid driving licence is essential, with 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role required.
