The role
As Care Coordinator, you will help keep our care service running smoothly. You will work closely with our Clients, their families and our team of Carers, balancing excellent customer service with effective coordination and attention to detail.

About you
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and able to build positive relationships with a wide range of people.
You will ideally have:
Experience within domiciliary care, care coordination or a similar role
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence managing competing priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills; experience using care management or scheduling systems would be an advantage
A good understanding of person-centred care and quality standards
A relevant Health and Social Care qualification would be desirable
You must hold a full UK/EU driving licence, have daily access to a car with appropriate business insurance and have the right to work in the UK.
