Position Purpose: Supports administrative care management activities including performing outreach, answering inbound calls, and scheduling services. Serves as a point of contact to members, providers, and staff to resolve issues and documents member records in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.

Key Details: Candidates must live in Texas and have at least 2 years of healthcare administrative experience, such as processing healthcare or insurance authorization forms, data entry, and coordinating member services. The work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.

Note: Texas residence is required due to occasional IN-PERSON performance improvement training or staff meet-up sessions, which are occasionally held at the Centene/Superior Health Plan Talent Hub offices.

Education/Experience: Requires a High School diploma or GED and

Pay Range: $17.84 - $28.02 per hour
