  • IoT & Telemetry Innovation: Strategically transition controls from legacy hardware to software-defined platforms, enabling scalable remote diagnostics, advanced telemetry, and AI-driven predictive maintenance. Pilot and scale next-generation energy management and automation solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner closely with Global Tech, Construction, Facilities Maintenance, Energy Teams, and Procurement to maximize equipment uptime, resolve active installation gaps, and drive down the total cost of ownership (TCO).
  • Governance & IT/OT Security: Enforce Walmart's information security and network architecture policies across the building automation and operational technology (OT) environment to safeguard physical and digital infrastructure.
  • Vendor & SLA Performance: Manage strategic relationships with control vendors, equipment manufacturers, and contractors. Track key performance indicators (KPIs), negotiate service level agreements (SLAs), and serve as the technical escalation point for critical automation failures.

  • Standards & Specifications Development: Proven track record of authoring, maintaining, and enforcing enterprise-level engineering standards, construction specifications, and design guidelines.
  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Experience leading large-scale technology upgrades, prototype pilots, and hardware-to-software migrations in a commercial retail or multi-site facilities context.
