What you'll do

- Represent the service through community engagement, presentations and participation in sector and network meetings to strengthen partnerships and support positive client outcomes.

About the role:
As an AOD Case Worker, this is your opportunity to be the backbone of our daily service delivery - supporting efficient day to day service delivery and ensure that case workers provide case management, assessment and referral, education, and support in accordance with TSA and service guidelines. Provide support to the team ensuring services are provided within our Model of Care.
Reporting to the AOD Team Leader, this is a full-time permanent role based in Surry Hills, NSW. Salary is based on the SCHADS Award, Level 4.
