Full description from employer

Amazon Now, Amazon UAE's quick commerce offering, is looking for a Category Manager to operate as a single threaded business owner for private label / white label space across categories with special focus on fresh produce, perishable and grocery portfolio. This is a high-ownership leadership role at the intersection of category strategy, P&L management, and selection development for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses in MENA. The leader will own end-to-end category outcomes — driving margin improvement, building a differentiated and hyper-local private label / white label selection, premium offerings, and scaling instant consumption verticals. The role requires working backwards from customer needs in a sub-15-minute delivery paradigm, while partnering deeply with internal teams of vendor management, selection, pricing, instock, legal and tech teams to shape the category's long-term trajectory. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, structured problem-solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, translate data into actionable plans, and build lasting vendor relationships that fuel long-term growth. If you are a curious, self-starting professional who thrives on turning ambiguity into opportunity, we want to hear from you.
