Located just steps from the beach in the heart of Surfers Paradise, Sandbar is known for its relaxed coastal vibe, fresh flavours and stunning ocean views. We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Running the grill and pan sections with confidence and consistency

• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes

• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards

• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations

• Working collaboratively with the team during busy service periods

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up

• Experience on grill and pan is essential

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A positive attitude and passion for hospitality
