Overview:

The Chemical Plant Manager is responsible for the supervision and leadership, reporting, and communication for all shifts of chemical plant operations, including the wastewater treatment process. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and the safety rules for each process activity, including industrial risks. You will ensure the timely delivery of quality products consistent with safety, engineering, and quality documentation. You will develop the autonomous teams’ sense of ownership. You will set and achieve goals for problem solving and closure of open safety and quality actions. The production manager also acts as a mentor to develop supervisors and team leads who report directly to you.
