HiTech Human Capital India Ltd (HHCIL) is Security Guarding and Facility Management company in India deployed across all states with around 4000+ manpower across all states and having business in Delhi, Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Daman, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himanchal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Chhattisgarh. HHCIL caters to a range of sectors including Retail, Hospitality, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare & Life Sciences, FMCG, Real Estate, Residential township, and more.

Experience: Minimum 10-12 year experience in security business/facility management.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Marketing Head. The Chief Marketing Head will be responsible for leading brand strategy, executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving lead generation, and aligning sales and marketing initiatives. The role requires deep market understanding and creativity to position HHCIL as a leader in the security and facility management space.

• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Sales and Marketing expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
