Chief Product & Technology Officer

product and technology platform behind one million smart locker doors, and beyond, in a young dynamic team that loves flying around the world to make deals happen.

Elockers is the smart locker platform behind festivals, venues and events across six European countries. Our multi-tenant hardware and software platform enables thousands of visitors every day to store their belongings safely, quickly and effortlessly.

We've proven the model, and we're not stopping there. Our ambition is to grow from a locker operator into a global technology platform, both under our own brand and white-label, that combines hardware, software, payments, operations and data into one system. The next stage of that journey is one scalable platform for Europe, the US and other markets including APAC and LATAM, with the US as one of our most important future growth engines alongside a fast-growing rest of the world. We believe there's a real path to becoming the international market leader in smart, connected locker technology, and this role will help define exactly how we get there.

The Role

As Chief Product & Technology Officer, you'll be responsible for Elockers' entire product and technology organisation, from strategy and architecture to execution and delivery, across our own platform and white-label business.

You'll join our Management Team, report directly to the CEO and lead our Head of Engineering, who reports into this role. Together, you'll ensure our technology organisation is aligned around one clear product vision and one shared global roadmap.

This is not a purely strategic leadership position. We're looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business and the teams, who can translate commercial ambition into a scalable product and technology strategy, and who is comfortable making difficult prioritisation calls as new markets and opportunities open up.

You're hands-on enough to still write code yourself and lead by example. Not because we expect you to ship features every week, but because it keeps you close to the work, lets you challenge assumptions with authority and earns you the respect of the engineers you lead.

Most importantly, you'll help build the product, technology and organisation that takes Elockers from thousands of doors today towards one million, and beyond.

What We Offer

• A gross annual salary between €90,000 and €140,000, based on experience, plus a company car and bonus.

What You'll Be Doing

Build the platform behind a global scale-up

You'll define the product, technology and architecture that can take Elockers from thousands of doors today towards one million and beyond, across Europe, the US and other markets including APAC and LATAM.

Own the roadmap, and the revenue behind it

You'll bring together hardware, software, payments, operations and data into one roadmap across our own platform and white-label business, and use it to unlock new revenue streams, more recurring revenue and higher commercial value per door, think powerbanks, merchandise and more.

Scale faster, everywhere

You'll make it dramatically faster to onboard new venues, events, operators and countries, building towards a fully self-service platform, and lead the integrations, with ticketing companies and other partners globally, that make Elockers part of the infrastructure our partners don't want to do without.

Shape our AI strategy

AI is changing the way software is built and run. You'll define how it drives dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, predictive maintenance, customer support and operational optimisation, and how that shapes our product organisation going forward.

Lead with real ownership

Our Head of Engineering reports directly to you, and you'll make the build-versus-buy calls and reduce the key-person dependencies that keep our technical foundation ready for global scale. As a member of the Management Team, that same ownership extends beyond product, to Elockers' full commercial and international growth strategy.

Within your first 6–12 months, you will have:

• Set a product and technology roadmap towards one million locker doors, and beyond.

• Built a scalable foundation for accelerated growth in the US and Europe.

• Shortened implementation times for new venues, operators and countries.

• Increased recurring revenue and commercial value per door, through a strong pre-sale strategy and smart integrations.

• Defined a clear strategy for payments, data, integrations and additional services.

• Built a product and engineering organisation ready for the next 10x.

• Become a trusted strategic partner to the CEO, Management Team and shareholders.
