Your Opportunity 

This is a casual opportunity based in Malabar, with strong potential for ongoing shifts due to increased annual leave coverage requirements. Laundry Assistants looking to expand their skills are also encouraged to apply. 

As a Cleaner within our Residential Care community, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services that help maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment for residents, visitors and staff. 

Working closely with residents, care teams and maintenance staff, you will ensure all cleaning tasks are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while contributing to a positive resident experience. 

With professionalism, care and attention to detail, you will: 

Cleaning & Service Delivery

  • Follow organisational policies and cleaning procedures

  • Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment 

  • Follow workplace health and safety requirements and safe work practices 

  • Report hazards, incidents and risks in accordance with organisational procedures 

What You'll Bring 

You are reliable, practical and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. 

What's Required 

  • Minimum 2 years of previous cleaning experience or laundry experience  

  • 1-2 years in following safe work practices 

  • NDIS Worker screening check (or willingness to obtain) 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills 

What's Preferred
