What you'll do

  • Build and maintain dashboards tracking CPQ status, customer onboarding progress, purchase order (PO) gaps, and team workload
  • Translate raw operational data into clear, digestible visuals and narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prepare data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), monthly waste account reporting, and leadership summaries
  • Analyze recurring delays, rework, billing gaps, and process bottlenecks to identify root causes and translate them into concrete, actionable recommendations
  • Recommend and help implement process improvements that reduce errors and cycle time
  • Document processes and reporting logic so they're repeatable and scalable
  • Support forecasting related to Sales Ops workload and team capacity planning
  • Identify opportunities to standardize and streamline Sales Ops workflows
  • Partner closely with Technical Services and Sales leadership to improve data quality at the point of intake
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales, Billing, and Technical Services to resolve data and process gaps
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable operating amid ambiguity, with the ability to bring structure to loosely defined problems
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Client Billing Operations Analyst

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst for our Somerville, MA team.  

We're looking for a Client Billing Operations Analyst who is equally comfortable digging into a messy spreadsheet and presenting a clean, actionable insight to leadership. This role owns the reporting and analysis that keeps our sales cycle, billing accuracy, and account operations running smoothly.

This position reports to the Corporate Director of Client Experience. This position will be fully onsite for the first 90 days. After 90 days, the position will follow a hybrid schedule approved by the manager and Human Resources. 

Responsibilities: 

Reporting & Dashboards

Analysis & Process Improvement
