Job Description

As part of Nine Publishing, you will join the home of Australia’s premier news mastheads, including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Age, The Australian Financial Review, Brisbane Times, and WAtoday. 

Reporting to the Client Success Lead within Nine Publishing's Audience and Commercial Growth division, you will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and engagement. As the Client Success Executive, your primary focus is delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support to corporate clients across market-leading publications including The Australian Financial Review and The Sydney Morning Herald. 

Day to day you will:
