Description -

What a College Intern - Inclusion & Employee Engagement does at HP:

  • Support initiatives that enhance employee engagement, inclusion, accessibility, and community impact across HP Singapore while gaining valuable workplace exposure and professional development opportunities.
     

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, and demonstrate strong organization and attention to detail.

  • Eager to learn, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams, and show initiative in managing assigned tasks.

  • An interest in employee engagement, inclusion, community initiatives, or communications would be advantageous.

  • Brings a positive attitude, willingness to grow, and a desire to contribute meaningfully to the HP workplace experience.

Support, Performance & Development:

  • Structured onboarding, work instructions, and dedicated mentor or buddy support will be provided.

  • Regular coaching, feedback, reasonable workplace accommodations, and assistive technologies will be provided where required.

  • Development will focus on accuracy, quality, timely task completion, compliance with procedures, reliability, participation, and learning progress.
