What you'll do

  • Create, update, and maintain purchase orders in procurement systems such as Coupa and SAP. Ensure proper documentation, filing, and achieving contractual records.
  • Support business stakeholders throughout the purchasing and invoicing process. Provide administrative and operational support to Commercial Operations and cross-functional business teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve purchase order and invoice-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Global Purchasing and Finance teams to ensure smooth invoice processing and payment activities.
  • Handle requests related to vendor setup, maintenance, payment terms, and purchasing workflows.
  • Create and update vendor master data while ensuring completeness and accuracy of supporting documentations
  • Support vendor onboarding activities and coordinate vendor-related requests with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage contract administration activities, including uploading contracts into the Contract Lifecycle Management system and supporting approval processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
