  • Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Process commercial lending servicing requests accurately and within established SLAs.
  • Review loan documentation and system information for completeness and accuracy.

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Lending Servicing Specialist

Job Expectations:

  • Process commercial lending servicing requests accurately and within established SLAs.
  • Review loan documentation and system information for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform activities such as payment processing, loan modifications, payoffs, disbursements, maintenance requests, and other servicing transactions, based on assigned responsibilities.
  • Follow approved procedures, quality standards, risk controls, and escalation protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and update transactions in applicable lending and workflow systems.
  • Identify missing information, processing exceptions, or discrepancies and coordinate with appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Meet productivity, quality, timeliness, and compliance expectations.
  • Participate in process training, cross-training, team meetings, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
  • Support operational reporting and provide timely updates on pending, aged, or escalated requests.
  • Demonstrate accountability, professional conduct, and effective collaboration across onshore and offshore teams.
  • Work in a hybrid environment and provide coverage aligned with business and operational requirements.
