As a Commercial Manager, you will join our Americas & ROW Trading Squad on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Head of P&L, you will be accountable for driving the performance and growth of the Americas & ROW P&L.
Your primary responsibility is to align and focus the Trading Squad on the highest-value commercial opportunities, setting priorities and ensuring resources are aligned to deliver them.
Trading Squads are cross-functional, self-organised teams with expertise in digital marketing, pricing, analytics, CRM, data science, and partner management. They bring together these capabilities to solve complex commercial problems and drive trading performance.
You will be responsible for driving profitable growth and strong trading performance while maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction.
