You will be leading the project Contracts team, acting as a trusted commercial adviser and the initial escalation point for contractual, legal, procurement, financial, governance, subcontractor performance and project delivery matters. You will work closely with project leaders, clients and internal specialists to achieve strong commercial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. A key part of your role will be coaching and mentoring team members, strengthening commercial capability and creating a collaborative, high performing culture. This position offers flexibility, with a minimum of three days each week in the office or on site and the remaining two days able to be worked flexibly from home, the office or site.
