We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Commis Chef to support our kitchen operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner service. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied hospitality environment, is eager to continue developing their culinary skills and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen.

This is a Full-Time position working across a rotating roster covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, so flexibility is essential. Shifts will include early morning starts and late evening finishes, as well as weekends and public holidays.
