Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care for clients with mental health issues.
- Conduct regular reviews of client progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Provide support and guidance to clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Participate in case conferences and contribute to service development.

Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in mental health nursing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of current legislation and best practices in mental health care.
