  • Manage all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements, including company filings, beneficial ownership obligations and maintenance of statutory registers and records.
  • Coordinate Board, Committee and Shareholder meetings, including scheduling, notices, agendas, board packs, minutes and resolutions.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a Company Secretariat team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of corporate governance across a diverse portfolio of companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Company Secretary, Corporate Governance professional or legally qualified professional looking to take ownership of a defined portfolio and work closely with senior stakeholders, Directors and the wider legal and finance functions.

The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Company Secretariat, you will be responsible for the effective governance and administration of a portfolio of subsidiary companies. You will act as a trusted adviser on company secretarial and governance matters, ensuring statutory obligations are met and Boards and Directors receive high-quality support.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisation, sound judgement, attention to detail and the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
