  • Collaborate with the Learning Center to ensure the training programs are updated and rolled out to the Home Office.
  • Conduct reporting to track completion and ensure negative attestation responses are appropriately addressed.
  • Produce two semi-annual newsletters by determining newsletter outlines and editing and/or writing articles.
  • Lead quarterly meetings with CCO to review newsletter drafts before finalizing.
  • Update and publish quarterly recurring Securities Compliance Field Bulletins.

About this Position

The Compliance Education Coordinator designs, plans, and implements the required annual compliance training programs for Home Office employees and field agents to meet regulatory requirements. Serves as Home Office Principal responsible for the ACM, Firm Element CE, and Training for the Primerica Sales Force.

This is a hybrid position that involves working 3 days onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and 2 days remotely.

The salary range for this position is between 70K-80K Annually

Responsibilities & Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Conduct a needs analysis to determine training needs for the field, and lead meeting with CCO to review the needs analysis and propose changes to training based on needs. 
  • Create training program by writing program outline, writing/coordinating scripts, and coordinating filming.
  • Lead annual meeting with Primerica CEO, President, and General Counsel, preparing them for filming and drafting scripts for them to use during filming.   
  • Manage rolling out program to the field.
  • Conduct email campaign with RVPs and reps who have not completed required training.
  • Process suspensions and ultimate termination of securities licensed reps who fail to complete the required training, leading meetings with senior department leaders to coordinate the process.
  • Coordinate annual SME review of training program.

  • Propose and make edits to existing bulletins and draft new bulletins, and work with Department leaders on the same.
  • Lead quarterly meetings with CCO to review bulletins to circulate each quarter.
  • Complete ad hoc projects as needed. Coordinate compliance roadshow training meets, or equivalent field meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring content on Compliance Page on POL remains accurate, current and relative.
  • Develop Compliance materials for special field events such as MIT, WIP, and Convention.
  • Edit, publish, and coordinate changes to Firm WSPs, including leading an annual review of the Firm's primary WSPs.
  • Respond to Compliance Help Desk questions from the field as well as questions from Home Office Employees that cover a wide variety of topics including but not limited to outside business activities, Form U4 requirements, customer complaints, trade review, new business, registration, legal documents (i.e. POAs, Trusts, beneficiaries), outside brokerage accounts, supervision, updates to forms, applications, policies and procedures, etc.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and quickly and efficiently adapt to changes in procedures or policies
  • Ability to function independently as well as well as cooperatively
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks within the specified time frames and meet quality expectations
  • Ability to conduct research and provide management with proposed solutions
  • Thorough and detail-oriented with aptitude for identifying risk and capability to research complex problems and collaborate to create solutions
  • Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
