Job Description:

This is an exciting Lead role to manage Credera’s Certification Compliance. The Compliance Lead role is responsible for operating Credera’s various ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certifications and Health and Safety. This is a hands-on, coordinating role suited to someone early in their compliance career who wants to grow. You will work closely with system owners and senior colleagues to keep our certifications healthy, our documentation current, and our audits on track. You won't be expected to be an expert in every standard on day one — but you'll be organised, curious, and comfortable being the person who keeps the wheels turning. 

Here’s what you’ll do 

As the Compliance Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Credera manages all its key processes for its ISO certifications and obligations. It’s an exciting opportunity to operationalise processes, work with senior leadership in the UK and with our parent Company Omnicom. You’ll report to the UK Head of Operations.  

Compliance Lead Responsibilities:  

Core responsibilities 

Maintain Management System operations 

  • Across the various Management Systems (Quality, Environmental, Achillies and Service) ensure policies, procedures, registers, controls, and records remain current and audit-ready.  

  • Monitor non-conformities, corrective actions and improvement opportunities, keeping logs accurate and up to date. 

 

Audit operations 

  • Across the various management systems, maintain the yearly audit calendar, arrange the necessary prerequisites for audits and help management system owners prepare for audits 

  • Manage the relationships with our audit partners 

  • Prepare reporting packs and data for management reviews; capture and follow up on actions. 

  • Keep abreast of changes to the standards and ensure processes to ensure we adopt best practice into our management systems 

New Certifications and accreditations 

  • Establish the process and governance for the organisation to achieve new certifications based on business need, or leverage certifications and capabilities of the wider Omnicom Group 

Health & safety 

  • Coordinate H&S compliance activities — risk assessments, records, training logs, incident reporting — working under the guidance of our designated competent person. 

  • Help keep the organisation aligned with relevant H&S legislation and good practice. 

Continuous improvement & engagement

Training compliance 

  • Work with our head of Learning and Development to ensure training obligations are met in a timely manner, manage training reporting and assist in in training evolution

  • Work with our parent company to streamline audit operations and gain the required evidence from services they manage
