  • Prepare compliance reports for senior management and recommend improvements based on audit outcomes and regulatory changes.
  • Cover other corporate related compliance matters, in line with ISO requirements & the company legal register.
  • Administer and manage all proposed changes to the regulatory body (CAA & ICAO)

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to oversee and ensure regulatory compliance across both operational and management business activities, alongside the Quality Manager.

This role is responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws, aviation regulations, and industry standards, promoting awareness throughout the organisation, and serving as the primary liaison between the business and applicable regulatory authorities.

The ideal candidate will drive a culture of continuous improvement through structured compliance monitoring, Non Conformance management, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
