🟡 ROLE OVERVIEW

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Compliance Operations Coordinator to support Croud's compliance and governance activities. Working closely with our Director of Compliance, Compliance Manager and Head of Legal, you'll help ensure supplier onboarding, compliance administration and governance processes run smoothly, enabling the wider team to focus on strategic compliance initiatives including ISO27001, AI governance and regulatory compliance.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working with systems, documentation and multiple stakeholders, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering high-quality work.

🟢 RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier & Third Party Governance

  • Coordinate the supplier onboarding process from initial request through to approval

  • Track supplier due diligence activities and ensure required documentation is completed

  • Liaise with Finance, IT, Legal and business stakeholders to progress onboarding requests

  • Maintain accurate supplier records and documentation

Compliance Operations

  • Support the day-to-day administration of the Compliance function

  • Maintain compliance registers, trackers and internal records

  • Monitor shared inboxes and coordinate incoming requests

Process Improvement
