What you'll do

Clerk of Works (Contract) - Drogheda, Co. Louth
We are seeking an experienced Clerk of Works to oversee quality, compliance, and construction progress on a major education sector development project in Drogheda, Co. Louth. The project involves the construction of a new two-storey primary school building, associated site development works, phased demolition, landscaping, roadworks, and supporting infrastructure within a live operational school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the quality of workmanship and materials throughout the construction phase.
Verify compliance with contract documents, building regulations, BCAR requirements, and industry best practice.
Undertake inspections of substructure, superstructure, architectural, M&E, and external works.

Duration: Approx. 2-year contract aligned with the construction programme
Attendance: Progressive site attendance increasing from part-time during enabling works to full-time during the main construction phase.
