What you'll do
- Collaborate with project teams and client personnel to complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Organize requirements gathering sessions, including analysis of current solution workflows, designs, and mapping processes.
- Facilitate client meetings to understand business objectives and challenges and offer workflow modification suggestions to optimize the solution for client goals.
- Serve as an advisor for clients and offer consultation that requires review of a variety of factors for solution customization and configuration to enhance user experience.
- Provide hands-on training to designated client members and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues and determine which issues need to involve internal technical teams.
- Perform other job duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:
