Job Description – Cognitive Therapist / Rehabilitation Psychologist Key Responsibilities Conduct assessment of cognitive functions in individuals with brain injury and related neurological conditions. Develop and implement individualized cognitive retraining programs based on patient needs. Provide counseling and guidance to patients and caregivers to support rehabilitation and daily functioning. Deliver Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions to address emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns. Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes. Educate caregivers on home-based strategies and cognitive support techniques. Participate in case discussions, treatment planning, and follow-up evaluations. Requirements Preferred Qualification Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Rehabilitation Psychology or related field. Experience in neurorehabilitation or cognitive therapy preferred. Strong communication and counseling skills. Knowledge in cognitive assessment and rehabilitation techniques. Ability to work with multidisciplinary rehabilitation teams. Patient-centered approach with good documentation skills.
