Join Biffa as a Contract Manager, owning complex contracts and delivering smarter, safer waste solutions.

Location: The role can be done from home however you will be covering the northwest region.

Reporting to: Regional General Manager/Business Manager.

This role is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

A quick look at the role:

The IRM Contract Manager is responsible for developing and growing waste disposal and resource management services across customer sites, while delivering first-class customer service and account management.

You will ensure the right infrastructure is in place to respond quickly to client needs, driving continuous improvement across the contract to deliver strong performance against EBIT targets, recycling objectives, compliance and health & safety standards.

Based within our Specialist Services Division, the role delivers tailored solutions for complex and unknown waste streams, including hazardous waste removal, bulk liquid disposal, industrial cleaning, compactors, balers and Integrated Resource Management (IRM).

Your core responsibilities.
