4 days a week at Portsmouth University Hospital & 1 day a week at St Mary's Hospital, Isle of Wight

£45,000 + up to 20% annual bonus

We are hiring a Contract Manager to join Bank Partners who are the UK's leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions to the NHS.

In this role you will take the lead on our NHS contract, building trusted relationships, delivering measurable results and driving continuous improvement. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring both client success and commercial growth.

In this role, you will:

• Build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and driving long-term partnership success.

• Lead, coach and develop an on-site team, ensuring high performance and exceptional service delivery.

• Monitor contract performance against KPIs, delivering continuous improvements that enhance client outcomes, fill rates and cost efficiencies.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify growth opportunities, maximise account value and support commercial success

What we’re looking for:

• Account or contract management experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Team leadership experience.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive performance.

• Excellent relationship building, negotiation and presentation skills.
