What you'll do

  • Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify compliance with FIDIC requirements.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team in addressing technical challenges and resolving issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in FIDIC standards, guidelines, and industry best practices.

  • Extensive experience in Project Management on large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on FIDIC contracts and guidelines.
  • Proven expertise in the administration and management of FIDIC contracts, including hands-on experience with the Red Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book.
  • Demonstrated success in overseeing FIDIC contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, including design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effective negotiation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms in alignment with FIDIC standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in FIDIC contract management and project management are advantageous.

Job Description
