- Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to technical operations, workflows, and team management.

Job Description
VG Systems, LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Technical Lead (CTL) to provide leadership, direction, and technical oversight for technology-driven projects in support of government or corporate initiatives. This role requires extensive experience managing creative, technical, and contractor-based teams while implementing innovative solutions and ensuring high-quality mission support. The CTL will be responsible for strategic planning, operational leadership, and problem-solving across geographically dispersed staff and resources.

- Substitution 1: Master’s (MA/MS) or PhD in any discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
- Substitution 2: Associate’s degree in any discipline with 20 years of relevant experience.
