Conveyancing Fee Earner - Residential Property - Gloucester - 4+ PQE
Location: Gloucester (Hybrid Working Available)
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
A well-established and family-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its Residential Property team in Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive environment that truly understands the importance of work-life balance and the demands of balancing personal and professional commitments.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- New build property work
- Help to Buy matters
- Shared ownership transactions
- Sales, purchases and re-mortgages
- Managing files from instruction through to completion
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high levels of client care
- Ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with deadlines
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a:
