Job Description Summary

Under general supervision, and with a high level of autonomy, uses knowledge and skills obtained through education, training and / or prior experience to assist with both the underwriting of new Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) and Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) transactions, as well as monitoring an active portfolio of existing REIT & CRE loans.

Specifically, the position will be located at Raymond James Bank’s Home Office in St. Petersburg, FL, where you’ll work alongside a seasoned team of professionals, including Banking Officers and other Credit Associates. This position combines corporate-style REIT analysis and hands-on underwriting of secured CRE loans, providing exposure to large syndicated financings and direct sponsor relationships.

Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
