Corporate Counsel, Dispute Resolution

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Corporate Counsel to join the Dispute Resolution pillar of our global Corporate Legal team. You will take ownership of Adyen’s disputes, advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and guiding matters towards resolution.
This is a hands-on role that is important to protect Adyen’s commercial interests, reputation, and continued sustainable growth. It requires someone who collaborates effectively across functions and excels at decision-making in a fast-moving, complex environment. Sound judgment and the ability to balance legal risk against commercial reality are imperative to success. You will manage disputes end-to-end, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and oversee external counsel to drive effective resolutions.
The role forms part of Adyen’s Corporate Legal team, which covers corporate governance, corporate development, and dispute resolution. The team operates globally, with staff in the Netherlands and the United States, and you will be required to apply your legal knowledge to challenges across Adyen’s operations worldwide.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000.00 - $212,500.00  This role has an additional equity component. This range is based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
